 Ric Garcia - Principal and Managing Partner

 Ric is a film industry professional where he has worked for more than 24 years. He continues today as an Actor, Stunt Performer, Director, and Executive Producer. In his background, he has more than 200 productions and credits. Ric is a senior member of ACTRA,

The numerous contacts he has built up over his career in the film industry, will be valuable connections to successfully promote, operate and scale 2Gs Film Studio.

Prior to entering the film industry, Ric had a successful career for fifteen years as an engineer in the Aerospace industry and was responsible for managing over 150 employees in a High-Tech manufacturing laboratory. His work covered satellite components and clients included Department of National Defence, research and commercial partners such as JPL and NASA.

Ric made a career shift and opened his consulting company where he provided his valuable technical skills and industry knowledge to help multiple clients.

Ric is an avid supporter of Martial Arts and was the owner/operator

of two Martial Arts schools as well as Chief Instructor. 

 Wendy Gzechowski - Principal and Managing Partner

Wendy has over 10 years of event planning during her career with The Halton Regional Police, organizing annual community events with up to 5,000 attendees to formal sit down dinners/award evenings.  Wendy has co-produced "Give Respect ~ Get Respect".  This was a documentary of the Halton Regional Police Service campaign to stop bullying.  

Wendy has many years experience on The Board of Directors for The Sound of Music Festival in Burlington.  Kerrfest in Oakville and Halton Heros.  As Logistics Director for the Sound of Music and Logistics Supervisor for Kerrfest, Wendy managed groups of volunteers and worked with members of the Board to run the festival.  She sourced quotes and secured services and worked with those partners and service providers to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues that arose in a timely, efficient and seamless manner.  

Wendy's skills as a major incident command scribe as well as her event planning and volunteer work on several Board of Directors secured her a position as the only civilian on a 13 member multi-jurisdictional police security team assigned to the 2015 Pan Am Torch tour that travelled across Ontario

Wendy will bring a solid leadership role in the operations of 2Gs Film Studios.

 Wayne Peeler, CPA 

Chief Financial Officer

Wayne is a self-employed financial business consultant who has served as a CFO, Controller, Vice-President Finance and Director of a number of companies. Industry experience includes investment banking, IT, manufacturing, distribution, property development, construction, film/entertainment, retail and health care. Wayne has experience in domestic jurisdictions and international markets.

Wayne has led in the delivery of business services including corporate financial reporting, treasury, financial forecasting, strategic planning, financings and mergers/acquisitions. He has experience working with startups, turnarounds and improving the profitability of mature companies.

Wayne will serve as the Chief Financial Officer and support all business functions to advance the company through the startup to growth stages of its development.

Carlos Garcia BA, Bsc, - Chief Technology Officer 

Carlos has a Bachelor of Science degree in electronics & computer science and more than four decades in the high-tech computer industries, this includes 17 years of experience managing; photography and video departments, equipment centres and resources, technologists, technicians, photographers, assistants and talent at Sheridan College. Carlos is a highly accomplished and seasoned technology professional with a proven track record in leading and delivering successful projects.

As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Carlos' goal is to leverage his extensive technical expertise, leadership abilities, and strategic vision to drive innovation and digital transformation within 2Gs Film Studios. With a focus on optimizing production processes and enhancing overall efficiency. Carlos is committed to utilizing state of the art multi-media platform IT technology to establish 2Gs Film Studios as a leading player in the film industry.

Carlos’ deep knowledge and understanding of the creative side of film production is an invaluable asset to 2Gs Film Studios. His background in technology also includes significant experience with Stratus Computers, Lucent, and Ascend Telecom, providing him with a unique perspective on the intersection of technology and the film industry.
